As Chairman of the Governing Board, Dr. Venu Kondle brings energy, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurship to create value for Global Health Science University by advancing medical and health professions’ education.

Dr. Kondle is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He completed his fellowship in Nephrology and Transplant Medicine from Oregon Health Science University and the University of Missouri. Dr. Kondle founded CAL-ACO, MBA-ACO, Golden Life-ACO, and Nivano Health. He defines the overall business strategy, vision, and direction for these companies. In addition, he provides the clinical direction, medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the highest level of quality for healthcare services.

Dr. Kondle has been practicing medicine for over 25 years with diverse experience. As the Chief Medical Officer of Medical Benefits Administration (MBA), Sierra Nevada Medical Associates Independent Physicians Association (SNMA IPA) and the Northern California Medical Physicians Group (NCPMG), Dr. Kondle is a key member of the Senior Executive Team and engaged in defining the overall business strategy.

In addition to being CEO and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kondle is also the Medical Director for the Yuba City Hemodialysis Center, Grass Valley Peritoneal Dialysis Center, Marysville Hemodialysis Center, Marysville Peritoneal Dialysis Center, Colusa Indian Hemodialysis Center and the North Valley Nephrology Research Center. He is responsible for the oversight of the medical care provided at these centers and for the quality of the services rendered.

Dr. Kondle served two terms as President of California Medical Association Yuba Sutter Colusa Chapters. Dr. Kondle serves as Chairman and President on several local social and charitable organizations. Dr. Kondle serves as Chairman of the Board Ride Out Health Foundation and as a Board of Director of Sutter North Medical Group.

Dr. Kondle strongly believes in modernizing American Medical School Education to prepare students for the next century by integrating technology, advanced clinical research, foster social responsibility and community consciousness into medical education.
